2010-01-31 [sweet.tx.tea]: If you are referring to the fact that they are photos, there is no rule against that. My scanner does not work with my now Windows 7 OS. If I am required to buy a new Operating System or scanner, in order to enter a contest, I will not only remove myself from the contest but also this website.

2010-01-31 [Chel.]: She didn't tell you to take it down, we are just asking if it's a photo-manipulation. They aren't allowed in the official art contests.

If you just take a photo of hand drawn art because you don't have a scanner, that's fine. :3

The last few competitions I have entered there has been a rather large to do. I just do not have the time to go down that road again.

2010-02-01 [Teufelsweib]: if you didn't use any photomanips in them, they are safe. though I must say especially the first, the background and everything, looks a lot like a photomanip..
